NUTS!!!!

Had a wee little mishap today when a front wheel i removed from my VXR8 fell over onto its front face and chipped the Powder Coat, NUTS!! Anyway taken wheel down to wheel refinisher to be re-coated, but with black spare on everyone including the wife who loathes the motor says that i should get all the wheels done Gloss Black. Its an Evoke VXR8 and im 50:50 silver:black, anyone got an opinion they want to share?

Save your money for performance mods

50:50 Do one side black and one side silver, you can't see both sides at the same time.
Just make sure you put the black ones on the managments side.

It will go faster with black wheels... just cos black is faster!

TBH though gloss black wheels look good, are easier to clean but when they chip it sticks out badely... but they are easy to touchup yourself unlike silver. Go for it and be different.

Ok The jurys still out so im having it redone in silver for now, may go black in the new year but im saving for FI. Dont want to take it near Toomeys roundabout thank you that is one company who i have an utter dislike to, but thats another story. Waterside roundabout on Canvey is fun though!!!
