Recommended Letting Agents in Kings Lynn

Morning,

Do any of you rent out flats or houses in Kings Lynn and use a letting agent you could recommend? I've just inherited a small house with a tennant and need to appoint a company to manage it for me. I've called a couple of companies and got quotes of 10% and 12% but would prefer to pay for a decent service rather than just choose the cheapest.

Belton and Duffey used to be quite good. 10 to 12% normal.

belton and duffy not so good now !!!!had a few problems with them over a bad tennant not checked properly
