Bad, if you want cheap supermarket beer then Asda 'Biere Continentale' is the one to go for, 5 or 6 quid for 24 bottles and 4%. Ex student drinking tip of the day!

It costs Tesco MORE to bottle free water out of the ground than it does to 'produce' their value lager and put it in a can.

8 Ace were "one forteh nine" iirc.
So ace were cheaper at a mere 74.5 pence for 4.

I'm not averse to a cheap drink, but the 2% puts me off even trying (and at that price it's got to taste like diluted rats p*ss, surely?)
Might be ok for the summer when a light refreshing drink is required and I can't face spoiling a decent lager by making it into shandy.

They do some own brand (not value!) lager that is actually quite drinkable, I can't remember what it is though...
