This may have been done already, and equally it may generate more questions than I have answers but I have it on good authority that...

It seems everyone's favourite TVR Mogul Mr Smolensky has recently offered for sale 22 unfinished TVR's along with rights to sell under TVR logo to a composite body specialist who shall remain nameless. All vehicles are minus engines, and there lies the the reason for sale. NS has no further interest in engines (or TVR it seems) and wants to get rid of stock. So much for the Phoenix. Potential buyer is seeking possible engine supplies but it looks like a dead duck at the moment. We'll see.

In addition, opportunity was also given to provide spares, though I see this as a gauntlet dropping exercise to Multipart.

Well that's it. I was hideously drunk before, during and after the conversation so can remember no more. If there is further info on the subject be glad to hear

not all bad news.....at least we might see 22 new TVR's hitting the road, which is what everyone has been crying out for the last 2 years, and possibly with some alternative engines.

Rather not say as I have not confirmed with him if he is OK for full detail to be published.

Not one to spread rumour, so can be rest assured this is fact. The key point of post was that the offer was made in the last few weeks, so if anyone has put an order in for a Sag at Peninsula you might want to spend your deposit money on gold instead
