Anyone experienced this?

It's coming from the passenger side, I am sure it's not the speaker itself, but there is something very distinct rattling when you play some music.

If you turn the bass up or turn the vol up it becomes alot more obvious.

Anyone had any problems?

Google reveals that it's a common fault but there is not official recall work that I am aware of.

I had that problem. I took it to the dealer and they said that the speaker had blown. IIRC they wanted over £100 to sort it and as I was selling it anyway I didn't bother.

The Harman Kardon speaker for the door costs around £30 I seem to remember and can be changed in 5 mins with very limited tools. Are you sure it's the speaker and not the grill thats making the noise? Try pressing on the grill and see if it stops, the doorcards also make a noise in the corner, packing it out with something certainly made a difference to mine.

Ok did some tests.

Physicall facing the door, the rattle doesn't come from the speaker or really that close to it.

If I was to open the door all the way, it is coming from the top right.

I pushed it in at that point and it stopped for a few seconds and then started again..

Anyone got any ideas how to open this side door?

When you take the door card off there is a metal bar running vertically downwards in. It connects to the centre bottom of the door. The bolt on mine was loose.
Tightend up and problem solved.
