Can anyone help with the rewiring of my dash. After re-fitting the dash the oil pressure gauge and warning light are both not working. I've got my +/- and sense wires the right way round on all the gauges. I haven't fiddled with anything else.

Also should the oil warning light come on with the ignition, or only when cranking - Its so long since she ran I cant remember! confused

Cheers

Would check the connection at the sensor (even when you did not touch it but perhaps a bit of movement happened while working on the dash).
And yes the light should be on before starting the engine.

Thanks I will check that. Think iv'e sorted the warning light. The wiring diagram show the lamp in series with the sensor to earth, and the lamp had blown - simple things first paperbag
