Anyone watching this? WTF? One hospital, 80 babies born every night, 50% of patients with Aids?
Dirty floors, bleeding people lying in corridoors, people on beds, under beds, next to beds?

Ugandan Ministry of Health has bought 1800 Toyota 4x4s for its staff, and only 4 ambulances..........?

Why do we bother sending our cash over there?

IN Sierra Leone, the Unicef medicines and mosquito nets provided free for children by Unicef are all for sale in all the pharmacies, clearly marked up "not for resale" etc etc.

Anyone giving to African charities may as well flush it down the loo for all the good it does.
