Can any one tell the tappet settings for speed 6 4ltr year 2003 mk1 tuscan do you need a tool to change the chims?

shims are easy to change - the followers slide out of the way against a spring.

micrometer
pen
paper
hammer
magnet
elastoplasters
spanner
torch
