Just had to leave the ro at picador as the starter motor solenoid wont engage ,im hoping and praying vxl have one in stock , also the traction control light was staying on , on the way to picador i asume this is because it was bump started ,

When you say won`t engage, do you mean it was energising but not clicking in Ollie?

If not then get them to bypass the clutch sensor circuit and try starting before they strip out the system, sounds like you have a few wiggly amps going the wrong way mate.

Hit it with a hammer

Or try any GM V8 parts stockist, I`m sure a solenoid for an LS2 will be generic and not type specific.

How can it cost that much?

Cannot blame the dealer but am guessing GM price it high like other parts.
