My neighbour, who fair play to him keeps an immaculate house and cars on his driveway, uses his leafblower to dry his car prior to taking it out, if it's been raining.
Terrible sentence construction there, but you get my point.
I guess it's just a smaller version of the driers in a car wash. I don't quite see the point but he could be a lot worse! As someone else has said, too much time, esp if he does it on a work day!
