200 meals for £3,500? That's £17.50p per meal! How the f ck does that fit with the budget for each prisoner meal? That is one hell of an expensive take-away curry, too.

And, of course, it 'Fosters cultural understanding' ... don't get me started.

While I understand your sentiment, I think you will find that most of the 'Muslim' inmates are british nationals.
