We'll never know will we? But it doesn't matter too much if it's not your own cash does it?

I know people will say it's cheaper than the courts etc but the Police shouldn't have this option. If they've fked up they should be bought to book PUBLICLY. We can then make an informed decisions on whther Ian Blair deserves what will no doubt be a very substantial payoff.
