No joke - have a fumble. Either with a partner or by yourself. The come down (if you'll pardon the pun) from the endorphins sends you off to the land of nod before you can say "wk".

Apparently a bath half an hour before bed works.

The body's core temperature drops naturally during sleep. The drop in your body temperature as you cool down from the warm bath allegedly has the same effect.

Simply move your sofa into the bedroom. Problem solved!

Or take your pillow and duvet downstairs - either would work biggrin

Yeah Know how you feel dude.

Its easy for some people to say go to bed around 10pm then sleep but it doesnt work that easy.
My Problem is that I am self employed and just like a good friend we both have 'work' thoughts during the night which means we both end up going to work around 3pm then sleeping at 5pm because we are knackered!

Life is good, Business is good (this may change though ! credit crunch and all that !) and things overall are ok but damn! I can't sleep and playing Xbox does not work anymore !

Relaxing is a skill me thinks !

I hate the night after my 4 nights, i'm sitting wide awake, bored, looking a stuff I dont need on the net and watching poker on the tv.

Problem is, if I go to bed now, which is pointless cos I wont sleep, I'd sleep til 12, any later and I'll sleep til past 2. rolleyes

Still, got til saturday to fix my body clock and get back on days!

Tvr you know what ? If you have xbox live I think we all need to do a late night gaming session ?
At least we can all hang out online and trash talk etc and have a good gaming session !

Haven't got the live set up at the moment. I've not got many games, 5 or so, best multiplayer is Halo 3. what do you play most? I may invest this weekend in call of duty or something else good.

Don't want to get in too deep here, since this is public etc. However, alot of things on my mind for one reason or another prevents me from relaxing fully. So I end up staying up too late and wasting tomorrow morning.

Funny you mention xbox, I just re-set mine up here with the new grand theft auto, only played it for 5mins though and the xbox seems very loud.

One thing I will say, I have been carless for the first time in my life and it's extremely annoying. Insurance/gap insurance are being slow and losing things etc. Tomorrow/today even they want me to re-call the company the finance was outstanding with so they are aware of the amount to pay them first(this had already been done).

Don't have a ridicilous amount of money floating around, but should have 10k in my pocket to play with +/- 2k once it's sorted. Alot more than what I started with when I bought this particular hot hatch in Feb. That's one bonus.

Thinking something 3-4k and going for the bike test and get a bike.

Hi Bill
Easy to say but don't worry
If you cant sleep we always have PH !
If not theres always Hogan Knows Best on VH1 in 5 mins (chan 356) I know I know its st but Brooke always looks good ! lol!

Ive decided to go biking for an hour around 5 am which helps sleep - even better when the B'srd Tyres get burst in Broken Bottles and your 5 miles from home !
But that seems to aid sleep walking back all that way !

Hahah, great idea. I'll give that a shot I think. On the look out for car too. Folks would completely disapprove of another hot hatch so it's a barge/sleeper and hide the bike for me I think biggrin. So PH, need some sleeper suggestions that arn't <30mpg if possible. I regularly have to do 500mile round trip.

Bill I bought COD 5 ,Forza 2 plus many others and havent had time to play them but have decided to take time out over next week to play and enjoy games etc.

The Aerial for xbox is around £59.99 and xbox live is approx £40 .
When you sign up message me and lets have a gaming session - anyone else is welcome.
I mean if we are up all night we might as well get some video games on .

Oh just seen Brooke is on channel 350!
