Anyone build 1/12 F1 models?

I'm currently building a Williams FW14B, a Ferrari 312T4 and a Renault R20 from the same era, complete with team mechanics and drivers etc.

Anyone else do the large scale stuff? got any tips etc? Brush or spray?

Also, this site is very good for add ons to the 1:12th kits, photoetch parts and paint etc;
