Why can't we get organised like this?

Seems like the people in Thailand have the idea.
I think we should demand early elections as the citizens of this country, to stop labour before they make more mistakes.

Because we would all get arrested under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
I suspect that in Thailand, they have to worry about troops sending in the government to gun them all down instead of just being detained for 2x days. There is 2 different groups acting there / One group wants the old PM back ( ex-mancity-owner) and the other wants to bring the king back in . The problem will be when both groups will come head to head and probably, there will be another group who supports the current PM (remember the all those people in the street that brought ex PM down )
Cant see anything good coming out of this

Good idea, I`ll go put the kettle on!
On a serious note, do you think the Tories might sponsor us to all get yellow T-shirts? Perhaps there are a load of "stop the c***" T-shirts left over from James Allens F1 commentary days we could find a home for, after all, the message is entirely portable.

Everyone will whinge but not everyone will get up and go well out of their way to protest. Which to be fair would probably have to be done in London to have an effect. Who'd be the leader?
I think most people will stay at home and have a cup of tea.
How many people marched through London opposing the ban on hunting? A million? Who got off their areses and travelled to make their voices heard, and what happened? They were ignored. I think most people will stay at home and have a cup of tea.
(in turn of course the asisne waste of parliament time that was put on the statute books is being largely ignored, but thats neither here nor there?)

Perhaps when we're all out of work, homeless & broke, people will actually do something about that thieving Bar-Steward instead of sitting around complaining.I think most people will stay at home and have a cup of tea.
Where's our Lee Harvey Oswald when he's needed?

The march would have to get violent then, but no cars to be destroyed unless it's a Fiat Multipla.

As for violence we had the mayday crap in London a few years ago..... grubby people trying violence, then getting really pissed off when the met took batons to them.
The problem is we have rolled over and lost our right to even a peacefull protest within a mile of parliament. If something like this had happened in France there would have been country wide riots. The sad thing is probably half the people who complain wouldn't turn up. It has also got the point where peacefull protest in inneffective against the government. We have relinquished our right to protest or have a say in the running of our country.

Why? We have an election every 5 years. Seems like the people in Thailand have the idea.

Wishing to overthrow a properly democratically elected government is something else entirely different to what is happening in Thailand.
