Hi all, I sort my messages by date, for some reason my OE seems to have adopted the American date system.

Probably ErnestM's attempt at taking over the world

Can it be turned back to the UK date system?

If you are using XP, goto
Control Panel > Date,Time,Language, and Regional Options
choose middle option
Change the format of numbers, dates, and times

Maybe the same in NT, 2000, 9x

Hope it sorts your prob out.

Sorry forgot to mention I'm running 98SE.
Dates are OK on the Windows side of the system, problem only seems to exist in OE!

Al - when last you updated OE/Explorer, did you, perhaps, download the wrong region specific update maybe? I'm just shooting in the dark here because I checked out my OE on my office workstation and the only thing that I have that is region specific is the spellcheck...

PS: If my plan was to take over, eveyone would have to buy a Lotus first
