Theft From APT Tuning, Norwich

Not sure if this has been posted before but I cant see it anywhere.

Basically what has happened is that some low life has picked his car up from APT and left and EMPTY bag behind and then driven off without paying.

Please spread the word and lets try and catch this guy.
