What do you all think? How much will it being a Damaged / repaired (on HPI) effect the value?

Don't know- 20-30%? Fair bit of damage (that you can see) and you'd want the chassis on a jig. The insurance company obviously didn't think it was economically viable.

It's gonna cost more than a brand new one to repair though isn't it
