Contacting Hotmail

Does anyone know how to contact the Hotmail part of Microsoft? I think someone has gained access to my email account (as there were some odd emails in there yesterday), but now my password isn't working and I'm locked out!

Getting very angry, but can't find anything at Microsoft that would allow me to tell them or ask for help (I have to logon first - very amusing!)

Any help gratefully received - I'm desperate to get to some info stored on there

1. Log in to Hotmail - ideally with the account you have a question on, but any account will do - creating a new one for example.
2. Click on Help, in the upper right corner of the Hotmail page.
3. Click on View other Help suggestions or contact us near the bottom of the left hand side of the resulting page.
4. Select Other - Contact MSN Hotmail in the Category drop-down list.
5. Fill out the contact form

I tried [e-mail], fingers crossed I haven't lost my account of 12 years!

I shouldn't get your hopes up.....live mail lost about 1500 of my emails into the ether - they did the equivalent of 'computer says no' and claimed they didn't keep backups....nice.

FWIW I am on the verge of moving out of hotmail. It'll be a total bind because I have dozens of contacts that I use BUT somehow someone has hacked into my address book and sends emails as though they came from 'my' mailbox. The response from hotmail was er, disappointing - they deleted my contacts ! so all my emails go into the junk folder - nice one!

that'll be you picking up a virus.
As for Hacking, no one has ever hacked Hotmail yet, they either got hold of your password, or guessed your secret question.
