Rear View Mirror bad vibration

I've just had new windscreen fitted and a new mirror too. However, the mirror vibrates all the time from tickover up

I've a 2005 T350 and wondered if a cheaper / older one has been fitted as there wasn't any vibration before. Also the new one feels very "rubbery" when trying to adjust the mirror and hardly moves at all.

Anyone know whether there are different mirrors supplied by TVR or if you have a 2004 - 2006 T350/Tam/Sag could you let me know if yours is fine

i have a T350 2004, and have had no problems with my rear view mirror? never really moved it though so don't know what its made of but iirc its plastic
