Hi Guys,
I bought an SD card in the States and i am trying to download the images and the computer will not read it. I can look at the images and footage on the camera but i cannot get them out of it. My printer also comes up error when i try to get them that way also. Any ideas? Cheers Brum.

Hey, I'd guess that you're PC reader and printer aren't SD(HD) compatiable. I have the same problem with my desktop not reading my cards but my, newer, laptop will.

ETA - I think the differences between SD and SD(HD) are software based not hardware so a driver update for your card reader might solve the problem.

Good point, get a usb card reader and you'll know for sure.

ETA. Can you put your camera in storage mode so the pc will use the camera as a card reader. Will allow you to get to your photos while you wait to get a card reader.

SDHC is not hardware compatible with older SD readers, it needs a SDHC compliant reader, as the next man says you a new USB card reader.

Something like this

If the card were 16gb I might be worried, they should all conform to the spec so together with the reader it should just work.

When do we see some pics of the new bits installed? I wonder if the engine will sound different with the new intake...
