I'm off to Vienna in the morning! Anywhere I should go?

I've got the weekend off and I've decided to go exploring so I'm heading to Austria. Obviously I want to go to the Prater, Karlskirche and Schnapps Museum, are there any hidden gems or 'must see' places? Other than that I am going to meet my cousin and probably drink a few beers.
I'm flying back Monday afternoon so unfortunately I can't really go that far, but any advice would be welcome.

They had an odd-ball architect who died a couple of years ago, called "Hundertwasser" He designed the central heating plant that you can see to the north east(I think)- tall chimney with a massive gold egg sliding down it. There is a museum showcasing his work on the east edge of the city, near the funfair. Worth a look if you like buildings.

The Hundertwasser exhibition will be good, also check out Hundertwasser House if you can.
When at the Prater eat at Schweizerhaus, Pork Steltze and good beer. You have to search for a table, and it seats about 1000.
Try and find a good Heurigan for an evening meal, great food and atmosphere, I'll try and remember find some recommendations later.
Just walk around, loads of sights. Or get on the ringstrasse bus and enjoy the 4km circle around the city centre. You see almost everything.
Take a trip on the U-bahn to Schonbrunn (Line 4 I think) and check out Schonbrunn palace and grounds. The tiergarten zoo is alright if you like zoos.

Seriously, most fun ever. On the main street with the ferrari & classic car garage (both well worth a window shopping spree) there is a segway dealer. You can rent them for an hour for like £30 or so, I can't remember the exact price, but it was WELL worth it.
I just zipped around on my own to the cool little squares seeing statues etc for an hour. Lots of funny looks from tourists, but it was just the best fun ever.
You must hire a segway.

Excellent information, cheers dmitsi! I want to eat lots of local food and drink lots of local beer. Plus I can brush up a bit on my exceedingly rusty German. Bratislava. It's cheaper and the birds are tastier.
Oh.. see you there if you do end up in Bratislava. I'm there this weekend. And you should go to the Christamas market in the main square in Bratislava. Starts at 5pm tomorrow with a live gig and plenty of mulled wine to keep even the most foolish happy. Look out for "Goggles" who runs a Burger / kebab type hut. Best kebab I've ever tasted anywhere.

You can order other things like sauerkraut, but you don't need it. Beer and meat. It's amazing.
The catacombs in St. Stephen's Cathedral are cool, as is the Zentralfriedhof (Central Cemetery)
where all the great composers are buried as well as Falco (Rock Me Amadeus)
If you get the time just outside Vienna is the "Seegrotte" in Hinterbrühl, an underground lake where
the Henkel HE 162 jet was built during the war. It's excellent.

I would love to visit the underground Heinkel factory as again, that really is my sort of thing. I will also make a pilgrimage to the cemetary, basically just to say that I've been to Falco's grave...

go to cafe central. hitler apparently used to try and sell his tatty paintings in there. have a coffee and try to imagine his dejected little face.
go to the catacombs under the church as already mentioned. i hear you can also get a visit down the storm drain system seen on the third man.
oh yeah, watch the third man before you go.
