Hi everyone!

Quite chuffed to find a letter in the post explaining that I had been shortlisted for a local competition today.

Heres the link, my image is number eight. Shame it's all jaggy!

http://www.thisissomerset.co.uk/clevedon/galleries...

Would anybody care to vote? It would be greatly appreciated (only if you think that image deserves to win that is!) All thats needed is a quick email to;

editor@clevedon.co.uk

explaining what image (8 wink ) should win.

Cheers,

Leighton

Well done!

They could have used bigger images though!

Cheers, Yes I was thinking that. Slightly over cautious on the protectiveness!

Well done - first off.

I did like the "budding" bit, but also think it's funny. On first read "A budding photographer captured this rarely-seen view of the M5 motorway ..." sounds like the locals don't get to see a Motorway very often! hehe

Leighton, great picture - I voted accordingly wink

You should do well, some of the other pics are not very good - I think your main competition will be the one of Clevedon pier...

I like long exposure shots like that. I keep meaning to try it myself, but get too lazy once it gets dark enough in the evening!

I voted too!
