best bmw forum/owners group?

[Lennard]

Could anyone recommend me a couple of other sites for modification and tuning, particularly the E36?

Great site, very freindly and a few people from here are there

formerly e36coupe, now www.bmwowner.com/forum It's evolved a bit now from back in the day when it was purely e36 focused, quite a few different models on there now but still an excellent source of info and largely used by a very friendly bunch.

More useful for general info is www.bmwland.co.uk there is some modding and tuning info, but less 'in depth' stuff than other forums.

You won't find much for the E36 over there though (well, only me really).

It has to be www.e36coupe.com / bmwowner.com

www.bmwowner.com without a shadow of a doubt...
