Sadly a few months ago my engine destroyed itself. This is an example of the sympathy the boys at work gave me . which I though was quite funny.also has anybody else had a full engine rebuilt at tvr power, just wondering how much its going too cost me!!! cheers

Good sense of humour from 'the boys', and you seem to be taking it well. thumbup

Latest Sprint advertises £4500 with a two year warranty, or £5250 with a three year warranty for 'Power'. Nice guys, too.

ETA- plus VAT.

I've had a TVR Power rebuild and it's great. Cost me just over 5k all in (including VAT) and I've had her dynoed with some great numbers. See here

when you say your engine went "BANG" was it fitted with a set of light seeking pistons? or can you use the block , crank again.

nearly 3 years and 20k on mine IIRC, they seem to have done a cracking job.

ETA if yours isnt already get them to do it to "red rose" spec for a few extra horsies! smile
