Jo's just had both eyes done today

Shes in bed now recouperating.

Anyone has it done - what to expect?

Had mine done about 6 years ago.

They were a bit sore (well, i say a bit...it felt like someone had thrown an handful of sand in them) a few hours later, and tender for a few days.

Sensitive to light for a while too.

Still, the best money i've ever spent

Had mine done 12 years ago and it bloody hurt, but I think they do it differently these days

Mrs GS had it done donkeys years ago and had totally forgotten about it by the next day. Said there should have been a week's down time and it was less than a day.

The only problem will be for you as she will be able to see you properly so i would advise a makeover

Had mine done 18 months ago - a day of discomfort and a bit light sensitive for a few weeks - and the thought my ears had grown

Shes been in today for the check up and its all well.

Now for the drops 6 times a day for a week and then 1 month later the sign off.

As for my looks she says she can now apprecaite the full beauty!

I work upstairs once a fortnight, nice location, too tempting to go shopping at lunchtime though. Glad you had a good experience there
