Sorry, don't mean to hi-jack the post. But very briefly, is it true that you only need a provisional license and you can drive a moped. Isn't there a test?

I wonder if you could book a driving test for one?

If you pass I wonder how they would mark your license, perhaps for mopeds as indicated in article, could you then legally ride a moped without further testing?
