What is wrong with me?

It started with a sore throat a week ago, then it became a bit of an ache all over, then a fuzzy head, then a bit of a cough, sort of blocked nose, then my voice went, and now I still feel groggy, miserable, bunged up, but none of them are particularly bad, I just feel generally shyte. If I go out in the cold I soon feel weak and shakey, so I can't get in the garage working on the hot rod, can't go for a bike ride.
I can't really go to the doctor and tell him what I just wrote above.
Anybody else feel like this?

ive had these symptoms for the last 2weeks finally gone, also felt like i had a snooker ball stuck in my throat and woke up at night not being able to swallow after 7days of the really bad throat went to the quacks and she just said its a viral infection and lots of differnt strains at the moment so is quite likely that i had 2 strains of it in one go, told be to fook off and keep out of the way of others and thers not much she can do other than to tell me to rest, so went ooop north woth a hire car last weekend ad did nearly 1k miles in the snow

I've had it for 10 days. Today is the 1st day I feel remotely normal. Nose is still running though.I can't really go to the doctor and tell him what I just wrote above.
