Took the gallardo out today and just loved the ammount of attention i got in it. Especially through the high street. Does this make me some sort of knob? If it does so be it!! i still love the attention!!lolbiggrin

probably the wrong forum to post this in as most of us are in the same boat.

e.g. Had a great trip out to a pub for lunch today with 2 other F-cars and a Lambo,
there were a few looks for the convoy but does it make us vain?

Think anyone loves the looks and its a sort of 'ive made it' or 'ive got the money and you don't' symbol to alot of people.

whenever I see one, I think well done on getting the £ and using it wisely.

The way I see it, the car designer is being praised. People love the car. Whoever you pass probably won't ever see you again and in reality only see a strangers face briefly. So I don't think it's a issue. We are all temporary custodians of some of these cars and they'll always get admired whoever is driving them either past, present and future.

Good on you mate, if you cant feel good driving in a Lambo what can make you feel good.
I, like most people feel a twinge of excitement seeing a genuine exotic sports car (an a twinge of jealousy lol).
Even the most keen petrolhead would get bored driving a nice car in a bubble where noone ever saw him.

of course not!!

enjoy it!!

if you were recognised for other things all the time, (clothes etc) then fair play you might be an attention seeker, but just for having a Lambo? No way!
