I'm planning on getting up. the idea been that I can start the day fresh, after watching the F1, rather than stopping at 3... Got cars to fix, coursework to do and drives to go on (if car is fixed )

Yep, should be a good race with such a mixed up grid - and there's the slightest chance of Kimi taking the championship for a bit more interest.

What time does the actual race start?

Coverage starts a 6 but finishes at 8.30 so I would be suprised if race starts a 7.0 more likely 6 to 6.30 yes I,ll be up a six to watch it then I'll polish the car and hopefully some-one will buy it

change of plan....now doing an all-nighter to be sure I watch it live....thought I might not wake up if I went to sleep now.

I set the alarm for 06:00 and it managed to escalate through several urgency settings before it actually roused me. But I was downstairs in front of the TV by 06:15

Mind you, I could happily go back to bed now as I feel so sleepy.

I was gonna get up and watch it but then I was having such a wonderful dream about paint drying I couldn't be dragged away from it.

I set three alarms, 1 at 5:58, 1 at 6, 1 at 6:02. missed all three and missed the race.

Oh yeah, I pulled the plug out of my mobile by mistake

Actually managed to fall asleep before the race....though I had set the video...alarm at 0530 woke me - checked the video was still recording...and drifted off again...
That will teach me to attempt an all-nighter
...don't think the booze helped either.

Watched it slightly delayed...and caught the English rugby match as well
