Leave them be, they won't do any harm unlike some birds and they are getting very rare now, I remember being a child and the garden being full of them, now if I see one or 2 a day I'm doing well, apparently the same is true all over the country, the problem is with the hedgerows being cut down to make super fields for the big factory farms they have nowhere to nest, yours have obviously found your garage and will use it for generations if you allow them too.
All I would suggest is leave them be for the time being and when the time comes that they leave the nest after having young then just double check they can't cause any damage to anything up there, but try not to disturb them at the moment or while still nesting. Sparrows are very undestructive birds though. Don't block the hole up either unless you really have to as it will make a difference to your local population, when numbers get seriously depleted every breeding pair makes a difference.
I believe they are endangered officially now too so you maybe aren't allowed to move them.
