That seems big money for any current Monaco. What's so special about the 69? From what I can tell it reverses like a Jaeger but without the quality movement and understated class....??

List price is c£4,200 I was told by a local dealer (who said they could probably get me one for around £3,100) So £2,700 doesn't seem too bad. I tried one on in Miami a couple of months ago - very nice watch imo

Decent price for a 69, but you're better off with a standard chrono imo.
Save yourself a grand too.

Crikey, that is one, err, boldly styled watch shall we say?

Why not get a JLC Reverso Duo?

Can I be first to post the inevitable 'got a 69 from the missus at Christmas' comment?

Looks nice I suppose but why this rather than the normal model (which you can also have with a black face)

You'll have to turn the face over to use the chrono and eventually the battery will run out (for the chrono part)
