Electrical Problem, Fan and Radio Switch dead

Just picked the GTR from the factory but can't seem to get the radio and fan (thus A/C as well) to work, check one set of fuses behind the passenger wheel arch but all okay.

Anyone have any ideas what could cause both these items to die?

Accessory feed on the back of the ignition switch fallen off perhaps?
