Bl**dy snow!!!!
Discussion
I've just worked through the night and spent 11hrs polishing my car within an inch of it's life
Came out of the garage at 7am this morning to be confronted with a blizzard and 3" of snow everywhere!!
- it's still not cleared yet
I've now had to postpone my potential viewer, as there's no way he can go out for a test drive in this weather (plus the car looks too shiney
!)
I used a clay bar for the first time as well, followed by a three part polish system, what a result, I'm well chuffed!!

I drove to work, in the snow, this morning in my Cerb. When I got in I recieved an email from a colleague complaining that she'd stuffed her landy into a ditch this morning. Blamed another road user for slithering onto her side of the road, but I think it's just the Landy's poor traction in poor conditions

Both our other cars are 4wd
My wife had no problem with the Jag at 6am this morning, driving up the hill -even now people are struggling to get up it and there's abandoned cars everywhere.
We get screwed all the time for driving 4x4's, because they're the 'most evil non-pc cars' on the road
- so it feels good to be the one with a smug grin for a change!!!

I've got a half built shed that I started yesterday in the sunshine, obviously without a roof or doors at the moment, as I was going to finish it off today
I had 4000 bricks, sand, cement, etc delivered yesterday, which are now sat on the drive, as we are just ready to start building the extension today
Plus I made arrangements over a week ago with someone who wants to view the car, he's travelled 600 miles, and we've both now got to wait for the snow to clear
Now should I buy a lottery ticket tonight?!!

Hey!! That'd be me you're talking about!!! I'll be the first to admit the Landy is certainly not great under heavy braking, but the blame here lies fairly and squarely with the t*** in the black astra who cut the corner then disappeared off into the distance. Thank goodness for diff lock, I say! At least the GT6 was tucked up in the garage out of harms way. Sorry for hijacking a Cerb post with none TIV related blather, but i had to set the record straight!
