Can anyone diagnose problem im having

Fitted a new battery earlier today, did the keyfob thing when battery was connected but immobiliser not disarming via fob.

But when i insert the override stick it disarms ok.

Is it just a case of retrying battery and fob resync till all works again.

Yes I think you've got the trick. I find I disarm the immob before disconnect so when I reconnect it's in arming state. Hope this makes sense. Other than that your fob could be on the blink Did you make thunder this year? Not quite as flooded when you helped me at the ace. Cheers

Why not try disconnecting the battery again and not do the key fob thing? On every occasion I have had to disconnect/replace/fiddle with the battery I have always just reconnected it and done.....nothing. Alarm/fob/immobiliser work every single time without having to re-sync it.

Perhaps I have just been lucky wink
