Coming up from the tube this moring and the guy in front of me has jeans on low down and all his pants showing , grey Armani ones.

Now dont get me wrong I like a nice looking ass to stare at but this just looks awful, why would people want to see other peoples pants?

Stupid. Very, very stupid. AFAIK they do it because convicts aren't allowed belts so their trousers slip a bit. For some reason this translates in fashion to hanging your trousers half way down your arse and having to use a belt to keep them there
