Good roads around Norwich

I know there's some good roads around Hethel, but does anyone have any specific reccomendations, particularly south-west of Norwich.

Was in mid suffolk and had to go roughly NW to somewhere near Thetford. Took the B1113 North from Stowmarket, then A143 west, then turned right (NW) onto the A1088. Seem to remember it being a fairly nice run, not too crowded, decent mix of tight stuff and more open corners...

I have a vague memory of being up near Swaffham and driving down to Attleborough, think it was the B1077 and that was pretty good.

the road from watton to shipdam(sp?) is very nice, quite tight though, best when it's quiet.
