Does this mean we will now need to have 4 sets of toilets; male, female, disabled and not sure?
Surely if the public bodies are giving good service, none will have anything to complain about?

Will THEY insist that the people in wheelchairs get some form of 3rd party liability to protect the rest of us from them?
