I've got a selection of cheese as follows... any recommendations for biscuits to have with them? I don't think Ritz will suffice smile

Cornish Yarg (semi-hard, slightly tangy, wrapped in nettles that go a bit 'mushroomy')
Colston Bassett Stilton (well, it's Stilton, but quite a smooth and sweet one; not harsh at all)
Waterloo (unpasteurised cows milk, soft, creamy and mild, bit like a French farmhouse cheese)
Gubbeen (Irish cows milk, not too strong quite milky, firm like Edam I guess)

Ta!

Yes, would agree with the big Carrs table water and also partial to the odd digestive with Brie.

yes - can only be large carrs water biscuits. Small are nowhere near as good

Water biscuits for most things, however you cant beat a good stilton on a wholemeal digestive.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm Cornish Yarg. Had some a couple of weeks ago fo rthe first time - splendid...

Water bicuits are great as are slim oatcakes - too thick and they detract from the cheese IMO...

Cheers
