any renault mechancis on ph ?

need some help guys . not sure which part of ph to post this on ?

i have a renault traffic dci100 van. recently the camblet snapped, ouch.

a grand later and a new head, gaskits, a new injector and a rather fed up father (he has rebuilt it),

it wont start. grr.

the spanner symbol on the dash is illuminated.
renault tell me it should start regardless of this. my father says there sems to be no fuel to the engine, so he has checked fuses, primed it etc with no joy.

can anybody shed any light on the subject?

Fuel cut off switch? I don't even know if there is one, just a guess.

What colour is the spanner? On our Dci yellow = ok to drive to dealer red = no start, transport to dealer.

i think its the same colour as the rest of the lcd dash ?
