Clonking on full lock

My car has started making slight clonking noises when turning hard left or right at low speeds. It's due for a service fairly soon, so I'll get this checked out at the same time, but just wondered if anyone had any ideas what it could be?

mine was doing the same turned out to be a broken lock stop so cheap repair hope yours is the same
