Blocked Noses!!!

Is there a cure at all?

Sudafed nasal spray works very well for me

Never had blocked noses, but for a singular blocked nose I use a vapour spray thingy from the chemist, makes my nose feel a bit odd for a while but clears the blockage.

Olbas oil nasal inhaler thingy works but it doesn't half make your eyes water. Get mine in Boots.

Make sure you're well hydrated 'cos you really don't want all the gunk in your nose/sinuses to dry out and solidify.

I've still got em i use a spray called nasonex works well,but if they got worse might get them took out,but even then they can return theres no guarantee and it looks like a pretty painful experience.

Otravine really worked for me - but came back worse when it wore off. In effect creating a self-fulfilling need for it. Took a few days of cold turkey to get off it too.

Otravine does work very well but as you say - you need to avoid becoming addicted to it!
