Had the worst/best day ever................................
Discussion
Mixed bag today.
Went through Milton Keynes to Newport Pagnell.
Drooled at Astons on the way through.
Got to Linford.
Commotion on the bridge.
Young lad retrieved 5 bags from the water.
4 contained dead puppies.
1 contained a live one.
She missed the water- was in a JJb bag with 2 bricks.
Took her to a vet who said that all the kennels were full, so i should have her put down.
Big, brave guy...........Couldnt do it for all the tea in china.
Came home with her to a slightly peturbed other half.
She is called Annie, as she is an orphan (i know, iknow, i was going to call her bramble, as she got stuck on one)
Bought her a bed, two bowls for food and water, a toy and so on.
Went to see my mum, who/s birthday it is.
Mum and dad have taken her on, although i am due for walking, training etc.
Feel really happy.
Vet says she is about 4 weeks old.
If you were the person who dropped her in the river.......................
Not only are you a
, i hope you get yours in a very painful way, very soon.
Words fail me.
Pictures to follow should anyone ask for them.
Ps Cheers to the young guy who jumped in to try and get the others out- saw 4 dead pups- not good, and hope the guy in the DHL van caught up with the Yellow Transit Tipper who threw them- and gave you the kicking you deserve you low life f
king animals.
Despite the above, i feel quite good having done something useful, so sorry for the rant.

Vet thinks she is a Joker.....
A Jack Russell x Cocker Spaniel, which he thinks should be about 9 inches to the shoulder when full grown.
Tiny at the moment though, but not at all timid, strangely.
Running around like mad, playing with toy, but very hungry.
Mind you, given the day she has had, its unlikely you are going to get your breakfast if you are going in a river a few hours later.
Cant get pictures off phone, but if someone mails me a number i can send one via text and they can stick one on.

It makes me feel sick when I hear about animal cruelty...Like I really want to vomit all over the people responsible while putting them in a bag with a few bricks and heaving them over the edge of a bridge.
Anyway to lift the tone lets see some pics of him....Maybe he should be call LUCKY!

Well done that man!!
Many years ago when I worked up in London near Rotherhite/Bermonsey, some scum s
te threw a dog in a black bag out of the 10th floor window!
Apparently the neighbours gave him a good kicking!
I currently have a rescue Greyhound! Great pets!

World has too many unwanted dogs and yet people keep breeding only now no market. We just had our dog spayed for no other reason than to prevent us being tempted to breed from her. Instead, as the rest of my family do, we're going to get her a mate from a dog rescue.
As she is dalmatian we'll prob get a rescue one even if that means it will be deaf (most rescue dalmatians are deaf).
Well done OP for doing the right thing

Thats f
kin awful, i can't stand cruelty towards animals, When i was younger we had a cat that got found in similar circumstance. Then while under our care one of our neighbours caught 3 lads trying to put him down an open manhole.

Least you've done your good deed for the day anyway!

ker set fire to and then dumped. I just dont know how anyone could be cruel to an animal..they have so much to give and are so innocent. To the OP.
You sir are one of the few good guys left. I'd buy you a pint anyday (assuming you make plane fare and taxi to San Diego).
My wife sees cases like this all the time unfortunately, recently she had SD humane society turn up with a pair of Poly dactyl kittens found in a tied off canvas shopping bag...
On the freeway/motorway.
Kittens found homes and the practice footed the entire bill until the new owners kicked in.
I honestly think pets are a luxury not a right, you have to care for them as you would a child. A license to own a pet seems to make sense and would prevent many of the "crazies" owning animals they can't afford or look after.
