Blown 570ci hemi - standing start barrell roll anyone?

More seriously, try a bog standard 1275 metro lump - cheap and easy to locate, and has enough power for a good laugh. No point spending a lot of cash on a motor until you're sure you want to be doing grasstracking...

I did Class 1 NASA Autograss for several seasons. 1000cc Minis are great when everone else has the same. Cheap too and the car lasts a season if you don't take too many knocks.

Class 5 used to be the most competitive...but I'm going back rather a long time now....things have moved on and mini's generally just don't cut it anymore in the horsepower stakes....but if u just want to have fun against other minis then any large bore....1071 screamer to 1400 with torque and power should do....don't bother with mild cams though...go for @ least 643 straight off up to fully rally spec scatter pattern.
