How to get a workmate back?

I'll give you a bit of back round...

I work in an office where 2 people sit behind me & 2 in front of me.
Both of them have been here longer than i have, i've been here about 5 years & them about 10.
& basically think that if the company did'nt have them then it would'nt run.
I should also state 1 of them is my kind of superviser i guess.
& the company is my parents / familys.
I joined on the basis i'd get no special treatment & would be treated like any other member of staff.
(Something i think is personally a good idea.)
My dad is the MD & he does'nt really get involved unless he really has to as he leaves a lot of it to the sales director to run as my dad is starting to want to take more time off as he's worked here for over 25 years.
Basically to cut to the chase, when i'm not busy & by this i mean there are no drawings / costings / quotes to do then i use the internet, i never let it affect my work & always hit my deadlines etc etc etc.
However these 2 guys 1 of them being my superviser the other just being someone with a different role in the same dept are also very good friends & send bhy little emails to each other about they're "timing my internet usage" etc, this was a direct quote from one of the emails.
Now basically this is completely fine if we were busy but we're not & i'd accept it if i was the only one doing it, but i've regularly on a day to day basis seen them booking holidays, ebaying, hotmail emails, music sites & this that & the other, one of them on multiple occasions during the day phones his missus, pays all his utility bills etc etc using companies phones.
I know if it came down to it they'd fk me over a complete treat & there'd be nothing i can do about it.
I don't really want to go and complain to the director about it because i'm only going to get myself into trouble aswell.
I just want a back up plan so if i am given a bking i have something to come back with.

Any sensible adive would be appreciated??..

Obvious one would be play them at there own game. Monitor everything they are doing and make note of it. Create a table/chart with both thier names at the top and list times and events that occur when you 'catch' them browsing the internet. Log calls and time spent on calls and if anything ever comes up you have your ammo.

It sounds like there might not be enough work to keep you on.

Seeming, as you say, the company wouldn't run without the others, maybe you should volunteer yourself for redundancy?

The legs collapse and it folds flat. You should be able to fit it in the boot of any reasonable sized hatchback.

Probably more of an issue is whether the person you've lent it to has finished with it and whether they are bigger than you.

Yeah i could be busier & i always volunteer to help them do deliverys & lifting stuff if they need it.
But Dec-Feb is our quiet months & theres not a lot on!
Fair play i shouldnt use the net as much i accept that, but that's not the point, the point is how to get myself some ammo.
