Heating engineers

Do we have any heating engineers on here who fancy a quick cash job in North London this weekend?

My boiler has packed up and I need someone to fit the new parts I have...

Can't help you, but they are out there. Had to call my plumber this afternoon to, uhm, "adjust" some of the tinkering I'd done in the bathroom. He popped in on his way home, and didn't want paying for the 40 minutes of labour or the parts. Had to force him to take a £20 for a few drinks. Had I phoned AAAAAArdvark Plumbing from the Yellow Pages I would have been looking at a £100 callout and probably another £50 for the first hour of labour.
