Fog light

The previous owner has added a rear fog light to my mini I'd like to know if i remove it would it fail its MOT? I only ask as it looks nasty, it doesn't work and it looks like it was wired in by a small child

You can get smaller chrome ones that are much nicer than the standard fog lights, ill have a look for a link...

It's probably factory fit
