Chrome clock rings ?

Saw an ad with an s which appears to have chrome rings on clocks, are these available to purchase some where ?

I am pretty sure they were Leven, I don't think they are still available but I may be wrong.

Thats probably a good point - there's probably something out there in the kit car / classic car world that would work.

How about little eyebrows to cut out the windscreen reflections - tried making some out of thin black plastic - but they looked like thin home made black plastic bits not good so binned.
