Whilst were on the subject of spyware my computer has picked up some nasty spyware called Antivirus Pro 2009 not from the link. It doesnt allow my Mcafee antivirus to update and is messing my computer up any advice, also when on google if i search for something when i click on the results it takes me somewhere else, also the sob virus doesnt let me go on any antivirus websites such as kapersky or avg.

Go and buy yourself a copy of Spyware Doctor in the morning. I can guarantee it will kill anything. It may take a dozen reboots but it has never failed me (when cleaning the computer of a friend/colleague - mine has never been infected).

Seriously - do us all a favour and keep that machine off the 'net until you get it cleaned up.

Download a good AV on a non-infected and trusted machine and then copy it across to the infected machine.
