Lovely grub

Just a quick mention, had an meal out celebrating Matts Birthday. Now everbody thought Matt was 22 years last night!! Hmmmmm. Anyhow the restuarant was FLAMES which is situated next door to the Snetterton circuit (where else) and the food was terrific. It had the lot, service was friendly and swift, VFM superb. Its on my list of fav's. Don't expect lavish surroundings though, the place is being knocked down in March and an 56 room hotel, two resturants and wot not being built ready for December 2009, WOW WOW WOW.

The restuarant owner is digging into his wallet to build this complex and promises top dog value for all racers and other visiters alike. Really great to meet an positive outlook!
